Manager 2013-Present

"Ronin Wanderers, as it is now known, was officially formed back in 2006 but, in reality, the Ronin ethic and spirit has lived for far, far longer. Before the name change this team has existed under the guise of Olympia Reserves in the Sportmans League and Richmond in the SACFL, both of which were ran by current Ronin chairman Marshall Baron.

The renaming came due to Baron wanting to return to the Japanese roots of his philosophy on football, something which the current squad fully adhere to and promote. It is quite apt that the literal meaning of Ronin means a Samurai without a master, something that last season seems to have been the case with Marshall's huge commitments and amazing success in archery taking up so much of his time. However, the beauty of this team is how strong the bond is between every member no matter what situation they find themselves in either on or off the pitch."
